Refund and Returns Policy

Please note that we are not accepting any returns/refunds. We only give a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery.
We do not accept any return/ refund after the product is delivered.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
Customer have to courier us of return order ( Incase of damage then only ) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund.
Courier charges will pay by voucher flat ₹ 100 /-.
Refund will be procedure within 7 days by same payment method.

SastaBazzar.in allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.

Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
Sastabazzars.in gives no question asked NO exchange policy. Customers can exchange with any product available on the website with a high or low amount.
In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s Sastabazzara.in account as a store credit.
